The friend that makes little remarks about the fact that you’re eating healthy ‘rabbit food’ again. 🥕
Or gives a backhanded compliment that you think about later. 🤔
Or downright shames you for making changes in your life to improve yourself and your health for the better. 🤨
Sometimes going back to a friend group after you lose weight can be difficult - as I found out all too well. 😕

Great video. It also happens the other way around. People shame you for being overweight. Comments like " If you just did......" Or "How can you be overweight when you eat healthy, maybe you should just..." Or when you're just beginning the journey, "How's that 'diet' coming?"
I'm starting again on the journey and plan to close my ears to negative comments and move forward. I am worth it.
