What I Eat in a Day - Sugar Detox Edition
It can be tricky when trying to navigate through a sugar detox for the first time - so here is an example of what I eat during a day that I am on a sugar detox.

Breakfast:
1 Organic Egg
Red grapes (handful)
1 slice Ezekiel Cinnamon Raisin Bread
Kerrygold Butter
Protein shake:
16 oz Water
1 Banana
Bobs Red Mill Organic Oats
Nutiva Organic Chia Seeds
1st Phorm Vegan Protein Powder (iced oatmeal cookie flavor)
Handful of Spring Mix Greens
365 Organic Peanut Butter
Ice
Snack:
Annie’s Organic Cheddar Squares snack pack
Dinner:
Delallo Whole Wheat Pasta
Rao’s Tomato Basil Pasta Sauce
Anthony’s Nutritional Yeast
1st Phorm Vegan Protein Powder (chocolate frost flavor)

Garden of Life Women’s Multivitamin

1st Phorm Opti-Reds & Opti-Greens
