Easy Muffin Tin Egg Bites

With school back in session, I don’t know about you, but my mornings are getting hectic! 😰


These egg bites are super simple to grab in the mornings and yummy! 😋


You can freeze them AND the nutritional info is in the food tracking app Cronometer 😱


These egg bites pack a protein punch to help keep you satisfied in the mornings instead of craving sweets. 🤤

Easy Muffin Tin Egg Bites


6 eggs

6 egg whites

4 slices of bacon (or whatever protein you like)

1/2 cup spinach, chopped

1 roma tomato, diced

60 grams shredded cheddar cheese

1 tsp salt

Pepper

1 tsp turmeric (trust me - you won’t even taste it)

Cook bacon however you like. 🚨 *SPRAY MUFFIN TIN* 🚨

(I found out the hard way so you don’t have to 🤣)


✳️ Spread spinach, bacon and tomato evenly in a muffin tin.

✳️ Whisk eggs and egg whites together along with salt, pepper and turmeric.

✳️ Fill muffin tins evenly with egg mixture. Top each with a sprinkle of cheese.

✳️ Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 20-22 mins.

✅ Refrigerate (or freeze). Pop in the microwave for 30 seconds and enjoy.
