I've been there warrior!

I lost 120+ pounds WITHOUT surgery or medication.

I struggled with my weight for most of my life and grew up in a household where soda and processed foods were the norm. One year I came up with a weight loss challenge at work. You know - one of those New Years resolutions to help keep people (really myself) motivation and accountable. I organized the entire thing and went around to document everyone's weight one day.

 

I knew I was big, but didn't think I was the heaviest person that would be doing the challenge. I was mortified to learn that not only was I the largest woman, but I also weighed more than several of the men that signed on as well. I went home feeling hopeless and silently cried myself to sleep that night. I ended up leaving that job a few weeks later - never completing the challenge... seeing myself as a failure yet again.

 

It wasn't until a few years later did I actually do something about my weight. And it took a big truck hitting me in the face to actually get it through my head that if I didn't do something about my weight and struggle with food - it was going to kill me.  And it all started with a 10 day sugar detox. I was finally able to breathe and feel like I had a shot at moderation - bc don't be messing with my cookies lol!

 

It was a battle to develop the tools that I needed to lose weight - but also keep it off FOR GOOD. I lost 120+ pounds without surgery or meds and have kept it off for years. My biggest message “If I can do it, ANYONE CAN! Let me show you how.”
