Stop Doubting Yourself
When you start looking at changing something in your life (whatever area that is for you) you are on the ledge of the big, scary cliff. Have you ever imagined yourself actually physically there? Do you doubt if you would let go of the ledge to make the change a non-negotiable?

Most people won’t let go of the ledge without fully knowing that there is something there to catch them. Only the people who brave letting go know it takes committing to jumping off the ledge and then – just doing it (over and over again). Keeping to that commitment and pushing forward even on the days that you don’t want to.
The days that it seems too scary to jump.
Letting your own self-doubt creep in.
Doubting your ability to actually go forward.
So, you don’t put the plan down for the goals
You don’t put the goals into action –
You only dream and wish from afar.
Until finally... you can’t take it anymore.
Until you have finally decided that enough is enough. That you are going to push through no matter what and put in the work and commitment behind it. The circumstances that you want to change did not get that way overnight – so they won’t be fixed overnight either. They get better over time and dedication to being a little bit better than the day before.
When you have gone through a battle in the past, there might have been times when you doubted if you are going to make it through it. But you always do and you look back and remember the time when you doubted yourself and your strength. You are a warrior – self-doubt is a bully that will steal your strength only if you allow it to.
That self-doubt that you have - totally normal by the way – everyone deals with it. Only when you have a goal that you can’t not do – a goal that you make non-negotiable for you, a goal that you can feel in every fiber of your being will you push past that fear and doubt. And see the glory of your own strength and resiliency on the other side. You are a warrior.
