Most of us have some form of New Years Resolution every year to get healthy and lose weight. However, facing the fact that we are now more than halfway through the year - again, most of us are not anywhere near that goal.
I know that I’m not for sure. After losing a ton of weight before and then letting my mindset slip (and subsequently everything else) I know how easy it can be to get off track. The biggest thing that is crucial when you’re trying to focus on getting your health, eating and weight on track is….. you guessed it MINDSET!
The thought of doing this video made a huge knot in my stomach.... ya know the kind where you really really don't want to do something.
But.... in order to focus on forward momentum and keep myself accountable - I decided that it was CRUCIAL to come out with it and share the journey back.
