Your Brain is a Powerful Machine

The mind is a VERY powerful machine and most of the time you are operating out of your subconscious mind (think of this as running on autopilot).  Your brain has been programmed to be in survival mode since the beginning of time and continues to be in survival mode even though the dangers have since changed. Anytime you come into a room your brain will automatically scan for dangers that it perceives will cause any harm to the body.

​Emotional pain and physical pain are no different to the brain, so any type of emotional triggers will be scanned for as well. This is your subconscious working even when you are working within your conscious mind – again this is how fucking powerful your brain is.

 
So, if you already have a more negative mindset in your conscious mind and your subconscious mind is automatically programmed to look at the negative - you get a negative mindset. This can give you negative self-destructive thoughts, emotions, behaviors and habits. Now I’m no psychic, but I can bet your life reflects this as well. Your external environment will always reflect how you feel internally.

Almost everything in society is also programmed to support a more negative mindset. Don’t believe me? Just look at the news, listen to the radio or watch reality TV. I make sure to tell ALL my clients to be very careful what they are feeding their brain when they are working on changing their mindset.
 
If that means cutting out all negativity from outside sources until you are ready, then so be it. You will learn how to deal with your own negativity (trust me, if you are anything like me – you will have enough to deal with when it comes to your own bullshit). Ex. My hubby stopped playing Xbox because the games are all violent and made him feel aggressive and angry (he wasn’t very happy about giving it up in the beginning).  
 
It will be worth it in the end and once you have these tips, you can start building your solid positive mindset foundation. Once you lay the initial groundwork, everything in life gets a lot easier and a lot less fucking stressful.
 
Having a negative mindset can not only affect your outlook on life, but it can negatively affect your health. I know I have said it before, but I will say it again – this is how fucking powerful your brain is! It has the power to heal emotional and physical wounds or illness and it has the power to control your thoughts, emotions, feelings and overall health and wellbeing. If it can do all that, it also has the ability to keep the body in a disease state as well – YUP, your brain can make you physically sick.
 
By setting your solid positive mindset foundation and choosing to focus on positivity, your life can and will completely fucking change. In turn, that which you focus on will be attracted into your life.You will be one step closer to living the life of your dreams.
