My Top 3 Journaling Tips for Manifestation MojoSome people think of journaling as something a 13-year-old girl would do or something that you sit down and write about the things that have gone wrong during your day/week/month/life. Journaling is a HUGE tool to use when you are working with the Law of Attraction and bringing your manifestations into your life. However, I find that a lot of people really struggle with journaling and often give up. Journaling can quickly turn into brain/complain dump very easily if you aren’t careful because our brains tend to focus more on what is going wrong in our lives. This brings your energy down and makes it is easy to slip into a negative thought pattern and just start dumping out our problems. Instead think of journaling about the things you are grateful for, your wants, hopes and dreams. Who you want to be and what you want your life to feel like, be like and the experiences you want to have. Focus on the things that you are grateful for in life now and what want to attract into your life. Here are my top 3 tips to get into the journaling mojo: 1. Attitude of Gratitude. Write down the things you are grateful for now – even if that’s just that you are grateful to be alive. This helps open up your heart a little bit – which is SUPER important since journaling should come from the heart. By having gratitude for the things you have now, you will get yourself into a better journaling flow. (Bonus tip – be grateful for the thing(s) that you are manifesting in the sense that you have them right now.) 2. Who do you want to be? This is very similar to affirmations and can take on that type of form, but this is important to reaffirm this to yourself daily in journaling as well. Who do you want to be – deep down. Do you want to be kind, loyal, patient, loving etc… Write it down in the tense that you are those things that you want to be right now. Example… I am kind. I am smart. I am beautiful inside and out. I am patient and compassionate to everyone I meet. 3. What do you really want out of life? Yes, you can journal all day long that you want a purple Ferrari – but this journaling exercise is great at getting deep into what kind of life experiences you want to have. What do you want out of life and how do you want it to feel? Get deeper down into it instead of just saying for example – I want to travel first class. Instead – I want to travel to amazing places first class and enjoy beautiful experiences that make me feel alive. It makes me feel excited and special when I enjoy my first class travel…etc… Just remember don’t get frustrated with your journaling and give up. Cut yourself some slack and just go with the flow – journaling comes from the heart so you must get out of your own head to get fully into the journaling mojo. I also find journaling to a playlist to be very helpful to – I choose to listen to epic playlists on YouTube (since I can’t be bothered to figure out how to make my own), but experiment with what works best for you to get into your own journaling mojo and get ready to manifest! You are the creator of your own reality so go be your own author and create it beautiful! Remember… Life is What You Choose Renea |
