Some people think that coaches are perfect and don’t go through their own blocks and resistance. Let me be the one to tell you that this isn’t fucking true AT ALL! Coaches are human and as such, deal with their own bullshit that comes up for them from time to time. I had resisted doing a video for so long, trying to use the excuses that I didn’t have the right camera, lighting, microphone, etc.
