4 Ways to Raise Your Vibration

Last week we focused on how to tell where your vibrational energy was at, so this week we are working on raising your vibrational energy. Here are a few tried and true methods to raise your vibration. When you are starting to manifest, you have to change the belief system and then set up positive habits so that you can break the old cycle. Here are some great starter ways to raise your vibration quickly:

  1. Declutter your space - yes I know - you already heard that one, but this is huge. You want to make sure your space is clear and clutter free. Yes – that means that you have to throw some of your holey stuff away and give away things that you don’t use. If you haven’t used it in a year – out it goes. (See Let It Go: Part 1 – Physical)
 
  1. Attitude of Gratitude - Start your day with gratitude - Yay! I woke up today - be fucking grateful for that! Hit the floor in the morning with gratitude in your heart and continue to show gratitude throughout your day. The Universe loves gratitude and does not like to be ignored (you wouldn’t like it either, right?). I’m not sure why manners have become uncool, but I teach my children to say please and thank you and I practice gratitude every day. This is VERY important – don’t wait to be grateful for what you want to manifest – be grateful for what you have NOW, the rest will come.
 
  1. Affirmations - You have to build yourself up, gain confidence and have faith in yourself when it comes to manifesting. You have to truly start loving yourself and treating yourself accordingly. We have become so critical of ourselves and rarely even notice how we speak to ourselves anymore. I used to look in the mirror, just like a lot of other women and say, “I’m so fat” “Look at this or that…. blah” STOP IT!!!! Start by saying affirmations about yourself that focus on your positives only and the person that you want to be known for. I am loyal, I am kind, I am grateful etc. If you don’t want those negative things to define you, then you have to stop telling yourself that that is what you are. Everything you say has effect and the Universe is ALWAYS listening. (See I Am….)
 
  1. Get into nature - Nature is a natural healer. Even if you are starting your day by taking a quick walk outside and noticing all the abundance and beauty of nature that surrounds us every day. If you can get out into nature, disconnect from the electronic, hectic world that surrounds us and take in everything that nature has to offer, you will feel a weight lift from your shoulders. This is the biggest reason that I live in the Pacific Northwest – I love trees!
 
  1. Bonus - CRYSTALS! - I know I said 4 ways, but I just couldn’t help myself - I had to add it. Crystals carry certain energy with them, so using them to raise your vibrational energy is like a no brainer to me. I give all my clients a specific list of crystals for them to get based off of what they are trying to manifest. Be careful though - this can get very addictive and you may end up a crystal hoarder. Find the closest metaphysical store and pop in for a visit!
 
It takes roughly 2 months to form new habits, especially if you have been stuck in a cycle of negativity for a long period of time. Positivity is a mindset, but you must be patient with yourself in the beginning and be diligent with your thoughts and actions. Negativity can be the easy route to continue to be sucked down into, but becoming mindful and aware is key to raising your vibrational energy.
