3 Journaling Exercises to Attract What You DesireJournaling is a huge tool that is extremely powerful when it comes to working with the Law of Attraction, but overall an excellent practice to make a daily habit. I find that a lot of people struggle with journaling and even the thought of sitting down to journal has them feeling uncomfortable. What am I supposed to write? How do I start? Is there a step by step process? I have used journaling to fast track manifestations and fully believe that just by adding this one tool – it can completely shift your energy on a daily basis. Focusing your energy on the things that you do want instead of what you don’t is extremely powerful when it comes to manifesting what you desire. *TIP: Journaling as close to when you get up is most beneficial. Take 10-15 minutes to do this first thing in the morning and you will set the tone for your day (even if that means you have to get up a little earlier). Make this a non-negotiable for your daily routine – that way you won’t give yourself an out by hitting the snooze button too many times.* 1. GRATITUDE – Always, always, always start your day with an attitude of gratitude. I have said this so many times, but I will repeat it until it fully sinks in. Show gratitude for what you have NOW so that you can receive more. Want to receive more money? Show gratitude for the money you have – even if you found a penny on the sidewalk – show your gratitude! You will quickly find that your blessings come flowing in more and more and you will have more to be grateful for. 2. Set Your Goals Daily (Big and Small) – In order to manifest anything you want – you have to know what it is that you want. This is where you get to dream big my friend. Make a big goal and a small goal for yourself and journal about your goals daily. Your goals can change daily or weekly so don’t worry about it being set in stone, but you need to make a clear end goal (this would be your BIG goal, the one your heart desires the MOST) so you know where you are headed. EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: You MUST be emotionally attached to your goals (meaning you really really want it) – if the goal doesn’t fill you with excitement, joy, happiness or butterflies – pick another goal. 3. Get into the Flow – This is more of a feeling when you are journaling. This is where I find it easier to get into the flow of journaling by using music (I like epic playlists, but whatever works for you). Music can play on emotions and that’s why it’s great to use when you are journaling – but no sad crying music here. You want powerful music that is going to uplift you, motivate you and inspire you. Getting into the flow when you are journaling is just that – flowing with the pen to the paper. Just letting what is in your heart pour out without getting into your head about if what you are writing is possible. If you heart tells you that it wants to help millions of people, write it down – don’t let your head get in the way with the questions of ‘how’ it will be possible. The biggest tip for getting into flow is to stay out of your head and flow from your heart – imagine the pen in your hand with a direct line running from your heart and just write your desires, your wants and your goals. BONUS: Manifest something small in the next 48 hours, just by journaling. Focus and set your intentions that one of the following will be brought into your life.
Have faith in your journaling and emotionally connect with what you desire! It will manifest itself into your life as long as you feel it and put your energy into the object being brought to you (like a universal delivery system). You CAN do this! Journaling is a powerful tool that makes you the creator of your own reality by writing what you want into your existence. You are the creator – you just need to focus what your heart desires to push that into your physical reality. Stay out of your head and go into journaling with your warrior heart. You’ve got this!
